Short version: Morpho has no accounts, shows no ads, and collects only anonymous usage statistics to help improve the game. We never collect your name, email, contacts, or location, and we never sell your data.

Penny Studios LLC (“we,” “us”) makes Morpho, a word game for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the Morpho app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• No personal information. Morpho does not ask you to create an account or provide any personal details. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
• Anonymous usage analytics. To understand how people play and to improve the game, we collect anonymous, aggregate analytics through TelemetryDeck. These signals include in-game events such as starting a game, completing a level, winning or losing, earning a badge, sharing a result, and toggling in-app settings (like sound). With each signal, standard technical details are recorded: your app version, operating-system version, device model, and language/region.
• An anonymous identifier. TelemetryDeck assigns a one-way, irreversible hashed identifier so we can estimate the number of distinct players. This is not your Apple ID or advertising ID, is not linked to your identity, and cannot be used to track you across other apps or websites.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress — current level, achievements, statistics, and preferences — is stored locally on your device by the app. It stays on your device and is not sent to us except as the anonymous events described above.

How we use information

We use anonymous analytics only to measure how the game is used, find and fix problems, and decide what to improve. We do not use it to identify you or to serve advertising.

Advertising

Morpho currently displays no advertising and contains no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

Third-party services

Analytics are provided by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service that processes data on servers in the European Union and is designed not to collect personal data. You can read TelemetryDeck’s privacy policy at telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — we have none to share. Anonymous, aggregate statistics are processed only by TelemetryDeck on our behalf.

Children’s privacy

Morpho is a general-audience word game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because our analytics are anonymous, no personal information about any user — child or adult — is collected.

Your choices

Because the data we collect is anonymous and not tied to your identity, we cannot locate or single out data belonging to a specific person. You can stop all analytics collection at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
